Contract Staffing

 

Many of our clients require staff augmentation or supplemental staffing for busier times of the year or staff shortages. These requirements can last from a few weeks to over a year. Often times, these contracted individuals are asked to become full time employees.

 

TotalMed Staffing offers an optional contract-to-hire agreement. This agreement allows the employee to serve a "probationary" period after which the professional may be hired on as a full time employee.

 

In addition, several of TotalMed Staffing's healthcare professionals prefer to remain contracted employees of TotalMed and will move from client to client for long term assignments.
